OUR CLIENTS

CERRIX offers comprehensive customer care to resolve critical issues quickly and effectively. The level of support can be tailored to the needs of our customer.
  • Helpdesk: Our helpdesk is available during working hours for daily support. All service calls are registered and recommendation is made for the resolving actions to be taken.
  • Service level agreement: The service level agreement arranges the level of support and service-levels between CERRIX and its customer.
  • Additional work: CERRIX is built in for any open architecture. This might result in requests by any customer for add-on functions or additional reports.
