CERRIX AND
     PROCESS MANAGEMENT                

Business processes are a relevant source for  potential  operational risks. Risks can be faced because of a weak process design, the lack of  important process controls or the deviations in business practice from  the standards. With CERRIX, business processes can be drawn in a strong process designer screen and they can be linked to the central repository. Important functions are:

»	Process Designer: Within this part, users can draw flow charts in many formats. In a rich web-based browser, end-users can easily use pre-defined symbols and graphs for designing process charts. Symbols can be interconnected easily.
»	Function matrices: People or  teams can  be assigned to business processes, projects, products  and  systems with respect to their responsibility. For each role the RACI-chart can be  assigned.
»	Process characteristics: Additional process information  can be stored. This can be either a process description, its objectives, maturity level  or costing information.
