FUNCTIONALITY

Monitoring all risk controls can be quite elaborate if they are monitored at detailed level. Key Risk Indicators (KRI) are used for signaling deviations in business processes that may lead to an increased risk profile. Managers can be assisted with KRI monitoring. In CERRIX, only relevant KRI’s are listed in the managers dashboard. 

• Automatic import: The data for KRI values are imported from different data sources in an overnight routine. Smaller datasets can be entered manually.
• Dashboard: KRI performance are presented in gauge format as part of the ERM dashboard for managers. Trends-indicator will give information about the progress over time with respect to this KRI.
• Alerting: Breaches of KRI thresholds will give automatic alerting information to the responsible manager.
