Product Manager
Location: The Hague / Hybrid
Hey there! We're CERRIX, a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up helping financial institutions manage their risk and compliance in a smarter, more collaborative way.
Banks, insurers and other financial institutions across the Benelux and the Nordics use CERRIX to run risk, control, audit and compliance in one platform. With our acquisition of Ruler, a regulatory intelligence platform, we now cover the full chain: from regulatory change all the way through to control implementation and evidence-based reporting.
Now we're looking for a Product Manager who gets close to customers, turns what they learn into prototypes fast, and cares about how the product feels. AI is a natural part of how you work, from synthesising interviews to building a clickable prototype in an afternoon. If you'd rather test an idea with a real user on Thursday than debate it in a spec for a month, keep reading.
🧭 What you'll be doing
- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap to delivery and adoption. You make sure what we build solves a real problem, and that customers actually use it.
- Talk to customers, a lot. Run interviews, and watch how risk managers and compliance officers really work. You dig past the feature request to find the problem underneath it.
- Prototype to learn, not to decorate. Use AI prototyping tools (think Lovable, Claude or Figma Make) to put a working prototype in front of customers, learn what works, and iterate before a line of production code is written.
- Shape features with design and engineering. Translate what you learned into clear specs, sharp acceptance criteria and sensible trade-offs, then stay close until it ships, and track the impact.
- Bring AI into the product. Help design AI capabilities that take work off our users' plates, such as AI-assisted control testing and evidence review, and make sure they are genuinely useful.
- Lead by example in AI-native ways of working. Use AI-powered workflows for research synthesis, specs, analysis and prototyping, and share what works with the rest of the team.
- Be the voice of the customer internally. Bring feedback from customers, our Community platform, sales and customer success to the table, and turn it into product decisions.
🧰 What we're looking for
- You have proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS: you know what it means to ship software, manage stakeholders and drive outcomes in a commercial context.
- You are strong at user research. You've run customer interviews, usability tests and discovery sessions, and you know how to ask questions that don't lead. You can tell the difference between what a customer asks for and what they actually need.
- You prototype instinctively. You'd rather show than tell, and you use prototypes to test assumptions early, not to polish ideas that are already decided.
- You work in an AI-native way. AI tools are part of your daily workflow, for prototyping, research synthesis, writing and analysis. You're curious about new tools, quick to try them, and opinionated about what makes AI genuinely useful.
- You have a design affinity. You have an eye for good UX. You can sketch a flow, spot friction in a screen, give designers useful feedback, and you care about the details.
- Excellent communication skills in English. You can articulate a vision, write a clear spec and have a difficult conversation with a customer, all in the same day.
- You're fluent in Dutch. Many of our customers are Dutch financial institutions, and the best discovery conversations happen in their own language.
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and like building structure where there is none.
🌟 Bonus points
- You've shipped something you built yourself with AI, whether an internal tool, a prototype that went to customers, or a side project.
- Experience building AI-powered features in a product, from scoping to evaluation to rollout.
- Experience in regulation, compliance or financial services. If you know what DORA or the AI Act mean for a bank's compliance team, you'll hit the ground running.
🚀 Why you'll love working here
- You'll shape a product with real strategic importance, as we build CERRIX into the intelligent operating system for enterprise risk and compliance.
- You'll work at the intersection of AI and regulation, one of the most impactful areas in financial services technology right now.
- You'll get room to work the modern way. We give you the AI tools and the freedom to experiment, and we care more about what you learn than about how polished your documents are.
- We're a team of about 35 people that values openness, curiosity and good humor. No rigid hierarchies, we like people who take initiative.
- You'll have real autonomy. This isn't a role where someone hands you a backlog. You'll shape the direction.
- Competitive salary and benefits to support your well-being and growth:
- Ergonomics voucher: upgrade your home office for comfort and productivity.
- Quarterly mental health days: one fully paid day off each quarter to rest and recharge.
- Learning & development budget: an annual personal budget of €500+ for professional development.
- Flexible work location: work from the office two days per week, with the option for occasional "workations" from inspiring locations.

🧠 About CERRIX
Founded in 2014, CERRIX provides software for Governance, Risk and Compliance. The platform offers fully integrated functionality for Business Process Management, Risk and Compliance Management, and Audit. Its action-oriented features support the risk management process, complemented by automatic integrations with other systems. CERRIX is valued for its strong user-friendliness, flexibility and swift implementations.
With the acquisition of Ruler, CERRIX now covers the full regulatory-to-control chain: from monitoring and interpreting regulatory change, through impact assessment and gap analysis, to risk management, control design, action plans and evidence-based reporting. This positions CERRIX as a complete platform for financial institutions that want to move from reactive compliance to structured, continuous and auditable risk management.
💬 Our team
We're a tight-knit crew of about 35 people, working together from our cozy office in The Hague (and from a few home offices too). You'll find developers, product thinkers, designers and compliance experts working side by side, sharing ideas, coffee and the occasional bad joke.
We like to keep things open, honest and collaborative. Everyone's voice counts, and good ideas can come from anywhere. If you enjoy taking ownership, learning fast and building things that matter, you'll fit right in.
Open Positions
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand CERRIX across new and existing markets.
