Partnership Manager

Location: The Hague or Antwerp/ Hybrid / Remote

What you’ll be doing

• Act as a trusted coach for our partners: help them grow their business with CERRIX.

• Onboard new partners: design tailored growth plans that set them up for long-term success.

• Drive impactful joint initiatives: run go-to-market campaigns and co-hosted events that deliver measurable results.

• Expand into new markets with partners: contribute to pipeline growth and fuel CERRIX’s scale-up journey.

• Track and optimize performance: you know what’s working, what isn’t, and how to fine-tune for better outcomes.

• Be the connector inside and out: bridge the gap between partners and our internal teams to keep collaboration smooth.

• Represent CERRIX in the ecosystem: engage in the partner community through industry events, joint projects, and thought leadership.

What we’re looking for

• You have proven experience in managing partnerships in B2B SaaS.

• You’re a natural relationship builder, people trust and enjoy working with you.

• Strong commercial mindset: you see opportunities and know how to make them real.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and like taking ownership.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a big plus).

Bonus points

• Background or network in management consulting or audit and advisory services.

• Familiarity with risk & compliance or related industries.

• Dutch speaking skills.

We’re a tight-knit crew of about 30 people, working together from our cozy office in The Hague (and from a few home offices too). You’ll find developers, product thinkers, and compliance experts all working side by side, sharing ideas, coffee, and the occasional bad joke.
