Growth Marketing Manager

Location: The Hague or Antwerp/ Hybrid

We’re looking for a Growth Marketeer to accelerate our growth and scale CERRIX into new markets. If you enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution and know how to turn campaigns into measurable impact, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and run a full-funnel growth strategy: cover acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

• Drive international expansion: adapt and execute growth strategies that help CERRIX scale into new markets.

• Develop and optimize SEO, content, and social media strategies: grow visibility and authority in the risk & compliance space.

• Work with a CMS (Webflow) to maintain and update CERRIX website.

• Own and scale paid media campaigns: manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Capterra, and emerging channels to generate pipeline and ROI.

• Develop and optimize GEO strategy: stay ahead of the curve with innovative growth tactics in AI-driven search engines and generative platforms.

• Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments: turn insights into scalable results.

• Track, analyze, and translate performance data into action: scale successful initiatives, cut inefficiencies, and shape strategy based on what works.

• Collaborate across teams and partners: align growth with business goals and scale what works.

• Experiment with new channels and formats: foster a test-and-learn culture that pushes our growth further.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Strong expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn and more) and growth experimentation.

• Analytical mindset with hands-on skills in CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.

• Strong collaboration skills: you love working with product, sales, and consultant teams to make growth a team sport.

• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Experience with AI-driven growth tools or GEO search.

• Familiarity with risk & compliance or related industries.

• Knowledge of Webflow.

• Dutch speaking skills.
