As a Solution Engineer at CERRIX, you are the technical expert who helps prospective customers understand how our SaaS platform can improve their GRCA processes (Governance, Risk, Compliance and Audit). You play a vital role in the sales journey by showing how our solution meets real business needs in a simple and powerful way.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Work closely with Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
  • Deliver live product demos and presentations tailored to each customer’s use case and needs.
  • Translate customer challenges into concrete technical solutions using CERRIX capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of technical validation processes such as RFPs and security reviews.
  • Identify solution gaps and provide input to product and development teams.
  • Translate new product features and updates into clear sales messaging and use cases to support sales conversations.
  • Maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and reusable use-case and marketing content.
  • Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in the GRC space.
  • Represent CERRIX at events, webinars, and meetings as a technical subject matter expert.

Does this sound like you?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience with and/or knowledge in the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) areas is a plus.
  • You’re self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial with a passion for SaaS sales solution-driven conversations.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way, both technically and non-technically.
  • Comfortable giving product demos and answering in-depth questions on architecture and integrations.
  • Experience supporting sales to mid-market and enterprise customers and handling multi-stakeholder conversations.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-first and solution-oriented mindset.
